Present Community
I serve on the boards of the North End Neighborhood Association and Common Ground Conciliation Services, Inc., and on the advisory council for the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Advisory Council, as well as the statewide Advisory Council for the Idaho Small Business Development Center. In addition, I teach a class on legal issues for businesses as part of the Senior Core of Retired Executives’ monthly workshop for new business owners. I also volunteer as legal counsel for Guardian Ad Litem volunteers through the 4th District Court’s Court Appointed Special Advocates program.

1999 to present Idaho State Bar
Business & Corporate Law Section, governing council member, in which capacity I oversaw the development and initial administration of the section’s website (www.idahobizlaw.com). I served as chair of the Governing Council in 2004-2005.
